The most popular stop for paddlers. Algonquin Outfitters' base is here — rent a canoe for a self-guided paddle to Ragged Falls or book a guided North Canoe trip. Calm, sheltered water, good for all levels. Short hike at Beetle Lake trail, right from the drop-off. Small café on site.
Primarily a weekend stop — this is where you get off if you're staying at the Wolf Den. Ten-minute walk to Oxtongue Lake and Algonquin Outfitters.

Quieter campground on the east side. Access point for Whitefish Group Campground. Connected to other campgrounds by the Rail Trail. This stop operates until Labour Day only.

Get off at Oxtongue Lake and canoe to Ragged Falls. Hop off at Lake of Two Rivers and bike the Rail Trail all afternoon. Grab a stand-up paddleboard at Canoe Lake and spend the day on the water.

Used this service for a weekend in Algonquin. These guys stuck to the schedule well and ambassadors checked everyone in at their pickups. Convenient drop offs all across the park and across the city. Reasonably priced and no need to think about a rental car to get to the wilderness.James Johnson · Happy Parkbus adventurer
